4N/5D Munnar-Thekkady-Alleppey Houseboat Kerala Tour

Day 1 Cochin- Munnar (130 Kms/4hrs)

Our tour Executive will meet and greet you at Cochin International Airport/Railway Station on your arrival for the Kerala Tour. Later drive towards Munnar, the most praised paradise like hill station of Kerala. Its lays like a typical green painting with thousands of acres tea plantations hugged by the mist of Western Ghats & Cool foggy climate throughout the year makes Munnar is really a heaven of Kerala. On the way you can enjoy the view of Cheeyappara and after reaching Munnar check in your hill resort and have leisure or go for a tea plantation and town visit in the evening.  Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 2 Munnar

Today after breakfast, go for sightseeing at Mattupetty Dam; a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar, Kundala Lake- a natural lake with recreational facilities like boating and having excellent view of Western Ghats as well as the ever green forest surrounded with.  Also visit Eco point and tea plantations. After having lunch, you can visit Eravikulam National park; where the endangering NilgiriTahr is conserved. Later drive back to your resort for Overnight stay.

Day 3 Munnar- Thekkady(110 kms/2.5 hrs)

After breakfast check out the Munnar hotel and drive towards Thekkady. It’s yourday to explore the wildlife and natural treasures of exotic Thekkady. You can have an amazing and adventurous boat ride in the Periyar River flowing through the Tiger Reserve which will bring rare opportunities to watch wild animals roaming in their natural habitat very closely. You can very often find Wild elephant, Bison, Deer, different types water birds etc. After boating you can get engaged with various interesting optional activities like Elephant safari, Spice Plantation visit, Theatre shows like Kathakali, Kalarippayattu, Trekking, Bamboo rafting etc. Overnight stay.

Day 4 Thekkady-Alleppey (Houseboat)(3hrs)

Today after breakfast, check out the resort and proceed to Alleppey to board the world known Traditional Style Kerala Houseboat. You will have an ever memorable backwater cruise through the beautiful lagoons and waterways coir villages in Alleppey till 05:30 Pm. All your 3 complimentary meals, evening tea and snack will be prepared and served by an exclusive chef on board. Overnight stay in houseboat.

Day 5 Alleppey – Cochin Return drop off(1.5 hrs)

After breakfast check out the houseboat and drive towards Cochin for an optional city tour or return drop off at Cochin International Airport/ Railway station.

Any Airfare / Train fare to the arrival or from the departure point.

Any additional transportation which is not mentioned in the itinerary. (Rs 8.50 per km will be charged for additional use of A/c India).

Entrance fees to Amusement parks, Boating & other theatre show charges.

Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.

Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.

 Note :

If you have own suggestion to change the hotel or schedule, it is possible with the request to the company along with the tour query.

In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category and facility.

Usual Hotel Check-in time is 12.00 hrs & / Check-out time 12.00 Noon.

Houseboat Check-in time is 12.00 hrs. & Check-out time is 09.00 hrs.

In A/C Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operated from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Day time is requirement will be charged extra.

The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only & it may vary if there is any sudden hike in Govt tax and policy changes.

There will be a hike of minimum 20% between 15 December 2010 to 15th January 2011 on all packages.

There will be a hike of minimum 10% in some of the hotels during the festival seasons.

Xmas and New Year supplement charges would be charged additional on actual.

 Booking policy:

Package Confirmation & Booking can be made against the payment 50% of the total amount and the Balance amount will be collected at the time of arrival. During the peak time,  the balance amount should be paid even before the arrival as per the hotel policy.

Payment can be done by direct cash/ bank transfer/Coequal towards the account of mentioned the confirmation mail.
